Promotion and Marketing

The purpose of the TDBP is to develop a commercially viable domestic biogas sector in order to achieve the programme goal and purpose.

Promotion and marketing is one of the specific objectives in order to stimulate demand informing beneficiaries and stakeholders/partners on costs and benefits of domestic biogas and bio-slurry application.

TDBP’s promotion efforts are built upon a multi-layered approach. At various levels (national, district, ward/village and household) the programme and it’s partners aims to carry out a range of promotion activities to better create awareness and demand for sustainable energy choices like biogas.
